This week’s Working with OrCAD video, Copper, discusses and the many features Cadence provides designers when dealing with copper shapes in addition to a few design best practices. It covers how to add various types of solid copper elements, sectioning plane layers, etc. It also reviews the different ways copper can be added to a layer (dynamic, solid copper, or crosshatch) and the merging of copper shapes.
